Back in January, Google announced a new update that would include support for the M1 Macs. Google Drive File Stream was later shown to be unsupported on Apple’s new M1 ARM architecture. Following the Big Sur update, there were reports of the app not operating due to an error prompt. Users of Google Drive have been having a lot of trouble getting the Drive File Stream program to work on their Macs. Google Drive for Mac has been upgraded to include complete support for the Apple M1 Mac.
