Where do I get the description? Well, finishing the journey and reading it myself -) I've done Guardian in each Season pretty much as soon as possible (usually on Saturday/Sunday, currently I would be done but due to the Conquest bug can't see past Destroyer).

If you do the bare minimum (T1 for Slayer uber fights) you'll only get one Organ. In a full group, if everyone brings a full set of machines, it means that you get 3 Organs guaranteed from each Uber fight, resulting in 12 Hellfire Amulets after a full run. You will very likely find a group that is able to do them on T13, and all they want is you to bring the machines. I strongly recommend though to search for help in public communities. Nope, it's not a mistake it's really T1 and then T10.
